Validity
The voucher HOTEL STORE is valid from December 01, 2003 to December 31, 2004(except for EURO CUP) and is good for accommodation for 1 or 2 people for one night at any of the 104 selected hotels.
All taxes are included but not breakfast.

The HOTEL STORE voucher is not subject to any seasonal price adjustments and is only valid after validated by the Travel Agent and with your name and signature.

You only have to pay directly at the hotels the extras, such as, breakfast, meals, bar, third person supplement, laundry, etc.

All participating hotels are offering special discounts for children when sharing their parent's room. Please ask your Travel Agent for such special conditions.

Reservations
With HOTEL STORE you may book all hotel nights before leaving home.
Reservations must be done at least 24 hours prior, but in specific occasions as Carnival, Eastern, July, August or some weekends, some hotels request at least 48 hours anticipation.
DO NOT CALL THE HOTELS DIRECTLY. We'll do it for you FREE OF CHARGES.

You may use AT YOUR OWN RISK the HOTEL STORE vouchers on an "open date" base, without any previous reservations. We are ready to help you as much as possible to solve unforeseen difficulties.

HOTEL STORE participating hotels will keep your reservation until 04.00 PM (16.00 hrs). For late arrival please call the hotel and give your credit card details.

Please communicate eventual changes or cancellations at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled arrival date. Should you fail to do so you'll be reported as "no-show" and your voucher cannot be refunded.

Refunds
Unused coupons are refundable, subject to the refund conditions of your Travel Agent.
A onetime processing charge of US$20.00 (or equivalent in your own currency) will be levied. All refund request must be received by your Travel Agent within one month of the reservation date.

Lost vouchers and "no-show" are not refundable and may not be reused.

Prices
Some hotels may offer from time to time special promotional rates and Travel Store cannot guarantee that the HOTEL STORE voucher to be lower in price than such promotional conditions.

Responsibility
Travel Store reserves the right to cancel any of the hotels participating on the HOTEL STORE system, as well as to add new properties after the printing of the present directory.
Travel Store and Travel Agent disclaim all liability in respect of any detention, delay, loss, damage, sickness, death, accident or injury howsoever and by whomsoever caused to the client. They act only as agent for the participating hotels in this program and no responsibility can be accepted for actions by hotel staff outside the control of TRAVEL STORE.
