ITINERARY:
Day 01: MADRID-MERIDA-SEVILLE
Depart from Madrid at 08:00am en-route
to Merida, an Estrmaduran city oin the Province of Badajoz, visiting
the Roman Amphitheatre, the Theatre, the Temples, the Circus and
the Arch of Trajan, all carefully preserved. Lunch and continue
for Seville (Andalucia). Dinner and overnight.
Day 02: SEVILLE
After breakfast, morning panoramic
tour of this charming city, the well cared for Gardens at Maria
Luisa Park, walk through the typical distric of Santa Cruz and
visit the Cathedral (15th C) the largest Gothic Church in Christendom
with its magnificient chancel, carvings and paintings. Dinner
and overnight.
Day 03: SEVILLE-COSTA DEL SOL-MALAGA-GRANADA
After breakfast departure for Malaga
through the Costa del Sol. Panoramic rolling tour of Malaga and
continuation to Granada. Dinner and overnight.
Day 04: GRANADA
Breakfast.Morning city tour visiting
th Alhambra (1`3th-15th C) a fortified palatine city built by
the Nazarite Kings. The Generalife, summer residence set in beautiful
gardens and the Palace of Charles 5th designed in 1526. Afternooon
free. Dinner and
overnight.
Day 05: GRANADA-TOLEDO-MADRID
After breakfast, depart for Toledo.
Lunch included. City tour visiting the Cathedral, example of he
Spanish Gothic Art, the Church of St. Tome to admire Greco's most
famous painting "The burial of Count of Orgaz" and the
Synagoge of Santa Maria La Blanca.Continuation to Madrid.
