ARTISTIC TOUR OF MADRID

Daily (4 hours, aprox.)
Morning departures at 09:30 hrs.

We start our visit by going to the Prado Museum, home to one of the most important Painting Galleries in the world, with different painting schools from 12th to 19th. century.
Among many others, we will see the works of Zurbarin, Ribera, el Greco, Tiziano, Velazquez, Murillo and Goya.
Following the visit to the museum, a city tour through the most important streets, Neptuno and Las Cortes Square, Alcald Street, Puerta del Sol, to reach the Royal Palace, a beautiful exponent of the 18th century and one of the best preserved in Europe. Here we will visit: the Principal staircase, rooms of alabarderos, columns, throne, Gasparini, Carlos III, porcelains, Gala dining room, museum of silver, musical instruments, principal courtyard, royal chapel and the new four rooms.

At the end of the visit, we return to the bus terminal.

On Mondays the Prado Museum will be substituted by EL PARDO Royal Palace which was used by the Spanish Kings as a residence for resting and holidays during 19th century, being also the official residence of Franco untill 1975. Actually is the official residence for Presidents or Prime Ministers coming to Madrid. Indoors we can admire magnificent collections of paintings, fumitures, and tapestries of Goya, Bayeu and Teniers s copies.

On official reception days, the Royal Palace will be substituted by El Pardo Palace or another Museum.

 SIGHTSEEING TOUR OF MADRID

Daily (3 hours, aprox.)
Morning departures at 09:30 hrs.
Afternoon departures at 15:00 hrs.

The aim of this tour is to show you all different and interesting views of Madrid.
First, the Univesity City. with modem Faculties and Colleges, surrounded by the splendid West's Park, the Casa de Campo, where a beautiful sight of Madrid can be admired,- the Barrio de la Moreria (Moorish- Quarter) with typical atmosphere the " Mesones" and the arquitecture of the old Madrid. The elegant squares : Oriente, Espa~a, Puerta del Sol, Neptune, Cibeles and Columbus.
(In the afternoon tour we'll stop to see the famous HARD ROCK CAFE - MADRID).
We'll start again in our way to Alcala's Gate and the memorial Retiro Park, the Bulring, colorfull place in the great days of "corrida", the new Madrid with modem building, gardens, large avenues and Santiago Bemabeu Football (Soccer) Stadium, one of the largest in Europe.

At the end of the visit, we return to the bus terminal.
