Vila Senhora da Rocha, named after the small white Church that stands proudly on the promontory
jutting into the sea, is a resort of 255 villas and apartments. The villas and apartments are set in spacious and well maintained gardens, with direct access to the beautiful Senhora da Rocha beach and its interconnecting tunnel to the Fisherman's beach on the other side of the promontory.
Close to Armação de Pêra , a bustling small town with many restaurants, cafes, a local indoor market, its own fishing fleet and fish market, and one of the longest beaches in the Algarve. It is approximately 25 minutes walk from Vila Senhora da Rocha (or take the regular mini bus). As well as the covered market, open every day except Sunday, Saturdays sees local growers set up their stalls with all their produce.
It has 3 tennis courts, 3 swimming pools, one of which is covered and heated during the winter months, plus a toddler pool and children's playground, a restaurant, and minimarket. In the Summer there is also a pool side bar and cafe.
Internet and fax facilities are available in the Reception area.
All the villas and apartments are adequately equipped and have a fireplace/heaters for those Winter or early Spring holidays when, although it may be warm during the day, the evenings may turn cool. Capacity is from 2 to 8 persons.
Free transportation to Armação de Pêra's town center 5 times a day.
