HOW DOES IT ALL WORK ?

1. The HotelStore "one night" is good per night for 1 or 2 persons per room.

2. The HotelStore "one night" covers one night's payment of one room including city and state taxes, and are valid until December 31st. 2001 Check-Out day.

3. With the HotelStore "one night" you have no seasonal price adjustments.

4. You only need to pay for incidentals - meals, laundry, telephone calls, extras - at the hotel.

5. Your HotelStore "one night" must be presented upon arrival at the participant hotel.

6. The HotelStore "one night" is not valid unless validated by the travel agent/tour operator and with your name and signature. Be sure to protect your coupons from fraud by completing your name and signature on all coupons, at the time of purchase.

7. The HotelStore "one night" is void if unsigned by the purchaser. Keep them safe. They cannot be refunded or replaced if lost.

8. The HotelStore "one night" gives the flexibility of pre-booking the hotel nights before you leave home. To be confirmed, reservations must be made at least 24 hours in advance of your date of arrival at any hotel.

9. Do not call the hotels directly. TravelStore is happy to make the reservations for you. Call us.

10. Don't be disappointed - make reservations before you leave home. Ask your travel agent to process your advance reservations, For travel at Easter, in July, August, plus weekend year-round, many hotels will require 48 hours or longer advance notice.

11. The reservation will be held until the 4:00 pm . If the arrival at the hotel will be after 4:00 am, to guarantee your room, to be held all night irrespective of your time of arrival, your credit card number must be provided at the time of the booking.

12. To change or cancel a booking at any of the hotels in this directory you must do it 24 hours before the 4:00 pm on the scheduled day of arrival. Your voucher will not be refunded if you do not cancel in time or do not show, "No show = No refund". In July and August, plus weekends year-round, many hotels will require 48 hours or longer advance notice of cancellation, you'll be advise at the time of reservation for that period.

13. Unused coupons are refundable, subject to conditions of the travel agent/tour operator that sold you the coupons, and will be levied an additional one-time processing of US$ 20 by TravelStore. All refund request must be received by your travel agent within one month of the reservation date. Refunds are available only which are not subject to any no show charges, also lost coupons are not refundable or reusable. Unused coupons must be processed for refund by January 31st. 2001.

14. Hotels will from time to time offer special promotional room rates. TravelStore does not guarantee that the HotelStore "one night" will be lower than these promotional rates, and cannot permit coupons to be used in conjunction with such promotional rates.

15. TravelStore reserves the right to cancel any hotel's participation in the program at any time, and add new properties after this directory has been printed. TravelStore is not responsible for any errors or omissions in material not printed or published by them. They and travel agents disclaim all liability in respect of any detention, delay, loss, damage, sickness, death, accident or injury howsoever and by whomsoever caused to the client. They act only as agent for the hotels participating in this program, and no responsibility can be accepted for actions by hotel staff outside the control of TravelStore.
