Golf General Information

Spanish Federation Fee:
Most Golf Courses request the presentation of a handicap certificate and the payment of 2,00 Euros surcharge for a Spanish Federation temporary license. |
Hadicaps:
Players must have their handicap certificates with them. Valderama and Sotogrande have a handicap of 24 for men and 30 for women. Las Brisas 24 for men and 32 for women. The remaining courses are usually 28 for men and 36 for women. |
Golf Carts:
All the courses mentioned rent golf carts and buggies. The price ranges between 30,00 and 36,00 Euros and is always payable directly to the golf course. Usually it is not necessary to reserve them in advance. It is also possible to walk the courses. Hand carts are also available with rates ranging between 3,00 to 6,00 Euros. |
Tee Times:
All Tee times can be reserved in advance and are on request basis, soon confirmation is received by the golf courses we will advise you. |
Correct Golfing Attire, Golf Clubs and Golf Ranges:
Players must conform to the International Golf Dress Etiquette. Shorts in Summer are allowed if they are not higher than the knee and they must be tailored.
All Courses rent clubs and bags. The ususal rate ranges between 15,00 to 36,00 Euros payable directly to the club.
All courses have practice ranges. Usually players are given tokens at the golf course reception for the approximate rate of 2,25 euros for 40 balls.
